Shipping charges

Prepaid orders: free shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD): a COD fee of ₹99 is added at checkout when you choose Cash on Delivery.

The final amount, including any COD fee, is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery time

Processing: orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas, public holidays, weather or courier delays can occasionally extend them.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking details with you. You can also check the status any time on our Track Order page.

Address and delivery attempts

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because the parcel could not be delivered, contact us and we will help arrange the next step.

Cancellations, exchanges and refunds
