Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of zedsonwear.com (the “Website”) and to any purchase you make from ZEDSON (“ZEDSON”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate and complete information, including your name, address, email and phone number.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and fabric, fit and measurements can vary slightly between pieces. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any Cash on Delivery fee are shown at checkout before you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we will contact you and you may choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order; any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, any amount you have paid for that order will be refunded.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and carries a ₹99 COD fee. Wallet balance on your ZEDSON account can be used at checkout where available.

6. Shipping and delivery

Prepaid orders ship free, Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹99 COD fee, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Exchanges can be requested within 15 days of delivery, with a ₹250 fee per exchange request that is waived for wrong, defective or damaged items. An unboxing video is required for every exchange. Where a refund is approved, it is credited to your ZEDSON website wallet by default. Full details are in our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Offers and coupons

Coupon codes and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them (such as a minimum order value), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed for future orders. Only one offer may apply per order unless stated otherwise.

9. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or copying content for commercial use. All content on the Website — including the ZEDSON name, logos, product photographs, designs and text — belongs to ZEDSON or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or other content, it must be honest, lawful and your own. We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or network outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
